Bunny Bait Snack Mix

Ingredients
6 cups rice cereal (like Rice Chex)
2 cups popped popcorn
1 cup yogurt-covered pretzels
1 (15 oz) pkg vanilla candy coating
3 Tbs pastel sprinkles
2 cups pastel mini marshmallow
1 cup Easter-colored chocolate candies (like M&M’s)
1 cup pastel candy corn
Directions
- Line a large rimmed cookie sheet with wax paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cereal, popcorn and pretzels. In a medium microwavable bowl, microwave the candy coating for 60 seconds. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave again in 20-second intervals until smooth, stirring for 10 seconds each time. Pour over the cereal mixture, and mix well. Add the sprinkles.
- Spread onto cookie sheet, and let the coating harden.
- Break apart into small bite-sized pieces.
- Place the mixture in a gallon-sized resealable bag. Add remaining ingredients. Shake to combine.
- Store in the bag until ready to serve or make treat bags.
Note: Get creative with your ingredients. Add peanuts, cashews, other cereals or candies for a fun twist.
